Library Lending
In order to make materials available to all persons on an equal basis, the Haysville Community Library Board of Trustees has adopted the following policy for the circulation of materials

LOST OR DAMAGED MATERIALS
Patrons are responsible for all materials checked out under their name, and are liable for damages to library materials. The director will notify the patron of any replacement cost including fines. If the patron has already paid the replacement cost and the item is later returned, the replacement cost will be refunded, less $5.00 processing fee. For items costing less than $5.00, no money will be refunded.
Items damaged beyond repair will be charged at replacement cost.
Patrons who continually lost or damage library materials may risk losing their library privileges.
